Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit card payments. We also accept PayPal.

Payments made by credit or debit card may be subject to validation checks by the card issuing authority.

The Orient UK will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery resulting from your card issuer's failure or refusal to authorise your payment.

By paying on The Orient UK website using credit or debit card, you confirm that the card used belongs to you or you are the authorised person to use it.

The Orient UK reserves the right to change the price of any product without prior notice. However, the total amount you will be charged is the price displayed at checkout including delivery and VAT (where applicable).

Important Information for International Orders

Please be aware that your order may be subject to a customs and import charge.

Customs and import charges are additional charges set by the customs office in every country. We do not have any control over these charges.

As a buyer, it is your responsibility to check which customs and import charges may apply to your purchase, and to pay them when you are contacted by the customs office.

We are not liable for any item that is destroyed or returned to us due to the customs and import charge not being paid by you. In such circumstances, you will not be eligible for a refund.

Shipping Policy

All products sold from The Orient UK set out any specific conditions, relating but not limited to, shipping, delivery dates & times and charges. In general, most of the items purchased from The Orient UK enjoy free delivery within the UK. Shipping costs (if any) will be calculated and displayed at checkout; before you place your order.

The average delivery time will vary according to the shipping destination.

Items purchased from and delivered to destinations within the UK are usually dispatched the same day - if ordered before 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday), and normally reach their destination within 1-2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Items purchased from and delivered to destinations outside of the UK are usually dispatched the same day - if ordered before 1:00 pm (Monday to Friday), but will take a little longer to reach their destination. Please allow for this when placing your order.

You may select a delivery service of your choice at checkout - subject to availability. However, The Orient UK reserves the right to select the best shipping service that matches the product purchased.

Once the item has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will send you a dispatch notification email.
